Adam Strachan, a Scottish footballer who was last seen playing for BSC Glasgow in the Lowland Football Championship, was born on February 24, 1987.
Strachan, who came up through Partick Thistle’s youth program, played in about 90 senior squad games, including one season in the Scottish Premier League.
Strachan was expected to have a bright future, was chosen man of the match on his SPL debut against Livingston when he was 16 years old.
Strachan was an important part of the club and a fan favorite during the 2006-07 season, but he struggled to have an effect on the squad the following year.
Since Stevie Murray was stepping in for him, he was only sometimes selected for Ian McCall’s side.
