Michael Emmet Walsh, an outstanding American character actor brought into the world on March 22, 1935 suddenly passed away on March 19, 2024 at the age of 88.
Three days shy of turning 89, on March 19, 2024, Walsh passed away in St. Albans, Vermont, following a heart arrest. He was 88 years old.
M. Emmet Walsh was born in Ogdensburg, New York. He is the son of customs agent Harry Maurice Walsh Sr. and Agnes Katharine Walsh (née Sullivan). His parents were from Ireland.
