A scaffolder who kept forgetting to bring his Tesco Clubcard with him when he went to the store had it permanently tattooed onto his arm.
Dad-of-seven Dean Mayhew, 30, claimed that before opting to get a tattoo, he contemplated getting one for a number of months.
He claimed that despite visiting Tesco up to three times each day, he frequently had to pay more because he had forgotten his loyalty card.
He got his card’s QR code tattooed on his right forearm, and it reads the code properly when the till scanner scans it.
Now, he receives Clubcard points and gets discounts on groceries every time he purchases as he simply can’t forget to carry it with him.
