Arthur Juan Brown Sr. (born June 30, 1997) is a wide receiver for the National Football League’s Philadelphia Eagles (NFL). Brown played football and baseball at Starkville High School in Starkville, Mississippi. Brown led his Starkville team to a 6A state championship as a senior, catching 83 passes for 1,371 yards and 13 touchdowns.

Brown set the school record for receiving yards in a game with 233 against South Alabama in the first game of his sophomore season in 2017. Brown finished the season with 75 receptions for 1,252 yards and 11 touchdowns in 12 games. Brown received the Conerly Trophy, which is given to the best college football player in the state of Mississippi.
Brown led the team in receiving as a junior in 2018, finishing with 85 receptions for 1,320 yards and six touchdowns. Brown was named first-team All-SEC for the second year in a row. Brown announced after the 2018 season that he would forego his senior year and enter the 2019 NFL Draft.
