Ghanaian winger Ernest Nuamah could be making a move to the Premier League this summer, with both Fulham and Everton reportedly in talks with his current club, Olympique Lyon.

The French Ligue 1 side signed Nuamah permanently from RWD Molenbeek for €28.5 million after a successful loan spell last season. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that both English clubs have approached Lyon for the services of the pacey winger.

Despite Lyon’s desire to keep Nuamah at the club to help improve their financial situation, they have put a hefty €30 million price tag on the player. With his contract running until 2028, it remains to be seen whether the Premier League clubs will meet Lyon’s valuation for the highly-rated 23-year-old.

Nuamah suffered an injury over the weekend in Lyon’s 2-0 defeat to AS Monaco, but that has not deterred the interest from Fulham and Everton. As negotiations continue, fans will be eagerly waiting to see where the talented Ghanaian winger will be playing his football next season.
