The Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) in Lagos State has debunked rumors circulating about social media personality, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, residing in a VIP apartment within the Kirikiri Correctional Centre.
Various online reports claimed that Bobrisky, serving a six-month prison sentence for the abuse of naira notes, was receiving special treatment in a newly built VIP apartment within the facility.
The NCoS clarified that Bobrisky is not receiving any preferential treatment and is housed in a standard prison cell like any other inmate.
