Greek actor, screenwriter, and star of theater, cinema, and television Theodoros Katsadramis, died at the age of 94, according to a social media post by Spyros Bibilas.

The precise cause of his death wasn’t stated following the release of his death notice.

On May 20, 1929, Thodoros Katsadramis was born in Doxa Arcadia. Though he participated in numerous theatrical productions and film ventures, his role as the main character in the late 1970s TV series “Our Taxi Driver” helped him gain greater recognition and success.

He was a theater worker, activist, and devoted family guy.

He worked at a number of different professions before moving into a small flat in Kallithea to pursue his career as an actor. Journey to Mytilini was the last film he had seen in a theater in 2010.

In addition, he got to know Eleni Gerasimidou, with whom he had their first collaboration. He spoke highly of her as an actress and person.

His debut on-stage performance was in 1954, following his training at Karolos Koon’s “Theatre of Art” theatrical school.

Two marriages were held by him. He was married twice, first to the well-known actress Kaiti Papanika, who passed away in 2017, then to her son Dimitris. His first wife was the actress Angelika Kapellari.
