In addition to Dot Warner on the animated television program Animaniacs and its reboot, Babs Bunny on Tiny Toon Adventures, Chip and Gadget Hackwrench on Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers, and Daisy Duck in various Disney media since 1999, Teressa Claire MacNeille, born on June 20, 1951, is an American voice actress.

Before landing a regular position on an animated TV show, MacNeille held a variety of occupations and had countless small voiceover appearances.
She said: “For around two years, I had been doing radio spots, some TV, demos, sound-alikes, industrial narrations, whatever that came my way.” She spent eleven years as a member of the improv comedy troupe The Groundlings.
In what she refers to as “The University of Voice-over,” MacNeille attended acting classes and assisted casting director Bob Lloyd. MacNeille’s first animated television appearance was thanks to Lloyd and fellow agent Rita Vennari, who landed her a part in a Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo episode from 1979.
