Why did Axl Rose leave the band?

Guns N’ Roses leader Axl Rose may be best known for being their main singer, but it seems like the man also enjoys solving puzzles. In a recent episode of “Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?” Rose made a guest appearance as a cartoon.

The animated Rose assists Scooby-Doo and the gang in the episode as they try to figure out what the evil mudmen are up to.

Why did Axl Rose leave the band?

Although the band disbanded, Rose and Stradlin persuaded Slash to join their new group, Guns N’ Roses, in 1985. Axl Rose made a very public declaration that he would leave the band if the other members continued to use heroin two years later when the band opened for the Rolling Stones.
