Will Clapp, born December 10, 1995, is an American football center for the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). He attended and played football at Louisiana State University.

Clapp attended Brother Martin High School in New Orleans. He committed to play football for the LSU Tigers in January 2010.

Clapp chose to redshirt instead of play as a true freshman in 2014. Clapp started all 12 games as a redshirt freshman for the Tigers in 2015.

He finished the season third on the team in total snaps (776), and knockdown blocks (88), and did not allow a sack. In 2015, he was named to the SEC’s All-Freshman team.

The New Orleans Saints selected Clapp in the seventh round (245th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Clapp signed his rookie contract with the Saints on May 10, 2018. On December 17, 2018, he made his NFL debut as a substitution for Michael Ola against the Carolina Panthers.

Clapp was dismissed by the Saints on September 26, 2020, and re-signed to the practice squad on September 29.

On October 3, he was promoted to the active roster. On October 8, he was waived and re-signed to the practice squad two days later.

He was promoted to the active roster on October 24, October 31, November 28, and December 5 for the team’s games against the Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos, and Atlanta Falcons in weeks 7, 8, 12, and 13, respectively, then reverted to the practice squad following each game.

Clapp was elevated to the active roster on December 19, 2020. The organization placed him on the reserve/COVID-19 list on January 16, 2021, and activated him on February 4, 2021.
