Tobias Nichols was born on 30 November 2001 in the United States.

Nichols also appeared in Zombie Shark and Trumbo, a biographical drama starring Bryan Cranston as screenwriter and novelist Dalton Trumbo; he narrated Ruby Strangelove, Young Witch. 2016 is slated for the publication of further Toby Nichols-related works. These include recurring roles as TR Macon in six episodes of Underground and Sam in the currently-in-post-production thriller Desolation (as of October 26, 2015).

In 2012, he began acting training and landed his first role in a well-known show. Consequently, he made a brief, minor appearance in the Christmas picture The Angel Next Door. In the same year, he also portrayed Max Charles in the pilot of the never-aired TNT series Scent of the Missing.
