Canadian actor Donal Francis Logue was born on February 27, 1966. In addition to playing Detective Harvey Bullock on Fox’s Gotham, he has appeared in the TV shows Sons of Anarchy, Vikings, Grounded for Life, Copper, and Terriers. He also played Steve in the movie The Tao of Steve. In addition, he had a recurring part in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit on NBC as Lt. (then Captain) Declan Murphy.
