Argentina has named their roster for the FIFA World Cup in 2022. Argentina veteran Angel Di Maria will join Messi in Qatar. The Juventus player scored the game-winning goal in the Copa America final in 2021.
Scaloni’s team includes five Premier League players, with Aston Villa’s Emiliano Martinez serving as Argentina’s first-choice goalkeeper.
Scaloni’s backline also includes Lisandro Martinez and Christian Romero from Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, respectively.
