On December 27, 1999, American football quarterback Brock Purdy was born. He currently plays for the National Football League’s San Francisco 49ers. After being chosen by the 49ers with the final choice in the NFL Draft while playing college football for Iowa State, he became known as Mr. Irrelevant of 2022.
Purdy, an Arizona native, played high school football while attending Perry High School. He is the middle child of Shawn and Carrie Purdy.
Whitney Purdy, his older sister, played softball at Southeastern University. Younger brother Chubba Purdy also started at quarterback for Perry before being noticed by Florida State as a dual-threat quarterback.
Where did Brock Purdy go to high school?
Purdy graduated from Perry High School. For the newly established Perry High School in the 2015 season, Purdy made his varsity football debut as a sophomore. When the sports regions were revised in 2016, the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) put Perry in the 6A Division Premier Region, which was recognized as the sixth toughest region in the country.
Purdy’s success propelled Perry into the 6A Division AIA State Championship game in 2016 and 2017, when they fell to Chandler High School 65-28 and 48-42, respectively.
