Ghana Black Stars welcome Osman Bukari to the squad as they gear up for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Mali and the Central African Republic (CAR). The winger, who recently moved from Red Star Belgrade to Austin FC, missed the first training session due to his transfer, but has now joined his teammates in preparation for the crucial matches.

With Bukari’s arrival, all but one of the 26 invited players are present, with defender Alexander Djiku being the only absentee. Djiku, who plays for Fenerbahce, is expected to join the team later as he recovers from an arm injury sustained while playing for his club.

The Black Stars will continue their training at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium on Saturday as they get ready to face Mali on June 6th and host CAR on June 10th. Currently occupying fourth place in Group I with three points, Ghana needs positive results in these upcoming games to improve their position and keep their hopes alive for qualifying for the 2026 World Cup.

The team is focused and determined to secure victories in their upcoming matches as they strive to achieve their goal of making it to the World Cup. Stay tuned for more updates as the Black Stars prepare for these crucial fixtures.
