Matthijs de Ligt, a defender from the Netherlands, has been acquired by Bayern Munich from Juventus in a five-year, 77 million euro (£65.6 million) deal.
De Ligt played three seasons with the 36-time Serie A champions before moving on to Juventus from Ajax in July 2019 under a five-year contract.
At 117 games in Turin, the 22-year-old won one Serie A championship and one Coppa Italia.

Lucas Hernandez, a defender, cost Bayern 80 million euros ($88 million; £68 million) in 2019.
De Ligt, who was desired by Chelsea, joined Bayern this summer as the second Dutch international after midfielder Ryan Gravenberch did so.
