Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good met at a Los Angeles movie theater in May 2023, and a source close to the couple said that they have been dating ever since. They were instantly smitten and became inseparable.
The insider also disclosed that Meagan Good has served as a rock of support for Jonathan Majors, who is going to trial for alleged domestic abuse following an event involving his ex-girlfriend in March 2023.
At the Congressional Black Caucus’ eighth annual Black and White Gala in Washington, D.C., which Good and Larenz Tate co-hosted, the pair openly discussed their relationship for the first time.
Majors took over the microphone during Good’s address, which was recorded and uploaded on X.
“We’re just so happy to be here with y’all tonight, celebrating us, celebrating the moves we’re making, celebrating the way we love and support each other, the way that we shift the world. Let’s enjoy ourselves!” Good said.
“So many beautiful Black faces. I love us, y’all! We are so beautiful! That’s all I got. I’m just happy to be here and I love y’all!” she continued before turning it over to Majors. “Babe, you want to say anything?”
“Y’all heard the missus, so that’s what it is,” Majors stated at that point.
A source then later confirmed that Majors and Good were still in their dating stages after Majors referred to Good as “the missus” and raised rumors that he and Good were wed.
