Ace showbiz journalist cum blogger, David Mawuli has opined that most artistes are more appreciated in their home countries when they earn foreign love.
David Mawuli stated this opinion as part of a submission he made about Nigerian artistes, notably the up and coming ones.
In a Facebook post, the showbiz colossus disclosed that when up and coming Nigerian artistes fail to ascend to the mainstream scene in Nigeria after several attempts, they direct their efforts towards making inroads into the Ghanaian market.
David Mawuli explained that the Nigerian artistes resort to the Ghanaian market because it is easier to break through in Ghana considering the relatively smaller size of the Ghanaian market.
He posited that their success in Ghana as up and coming artistes accelerates their attainment of stardom in Nigeria.
