Mickelson is one of just 17 golfers in history to have won at least three of the four majors. He has won every major except the U.S. Open, where he has finished second six times.

Mickelson has been ranked in the top 50 of the Official World Golf Ranking for more than 25 years. He has spent almost 700 weeks in the top 10, has a career-high world ranking of No. 2 multiple times, and is a PGA Tour life member.

Despite being natively right-handed, he is well-known for his left-handed swing, which he learned by mimicking his right-handed father’s swing. In 2012, he was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame.
