Barry Manilow, a veteran musician, confessed that he cracked his nose after colliding with a wall.
The singer, who is almost as well-known for the size of his nose as for his hit songs, hurt himself when he awoke in the middle of the night at his California home.

He claimed that he walked into a wall and knocked himself out for four hours while sleeping.
“I may have to have my nose corrected, and with this nose, it’s going to take serious surgery,” he quipped, keeping his sense of humour.
After returning from a trip in Malibu where he was working on a new album with Bette Midler, the singer was at his Palm Springs home when the tragedy occurred.
He claimed that when he awoke in the middle of the night, he mistook himself for being in Malibu and “veered to the left instead of the right, slamming smack into the wall.”
