The four-time World Champion stated that he will wait to see how 2022 unfolds before deciding what he will do next.

Vettel’s Aston Martin contract expires at the conclusion of the season, and he has stated openly in recent months that part of his incentive to continue is that he is “primarily interested in winning,” given his status as one of the sport’s most successful drivers.
Vettel has every motive to resign because the British manufacturer appears to have developed a terrible car.
After all, he is a four-time world champion and one of the most accomplished Formula One drivers of all time, so a midfield car at best will not suffice.
He missed the first two races of the season after testing positive for COVID-19, and owing to technical difficulties and some driver errors in Australia, he only completed 48 laps throughout the entire weekend.
