Jason Sudeikis, the father of Olivia Wilde’s children, served custody papers to her live on stage at CinemaCon 2022.
The 38-year-old actress attended the Don’t Worry Darling Las Vegas presentation on Tuesday, which was attended by 4,100 industry professionals. Jason Sudeikis also sent her legal docs on Tuesday evening.

According to Deadline, the manila package that was placed on stage at Caesars Palace’s The Colosseum on Wednesday contained custody papers from the 46-year-old Emmy winner, according to their sources.
And according to Variety, Sudeikis was unaware that Wilde would be served the papers in such a public and humiliating manner. The actress’s current boyfriend is Harry Styles.
