Former Republican Sen. Orrin Hatch who happens to be the longest-serving US senator in Utah history has passed away in Salt Lake City on Saturday, April 24, 2022, at the age of 88.
The news of his sudden demise was made known to the general public by his foundation, Hatch Foundation in a release.
However, the release did not state his cause of death.
