James Douglas Muir Leno, popularly known as Jay Leno is an American television host, comedian, and writer.
He was born on April 28, 1950, in New Rochelle, New York, the United States to his parents Angelo Leno and Catherine Muir. He is 71 years old as of April 18, 2022.
He was the host of The Tonight Show (1992 to 2009).
He is a married man with no kids.
He has been married for more than four decades now to an American philanthropist, Mavis Elizabeth Nicholson-Leno.

Leno is dyslexic – a learning disorder that involves difficulty reading due to problems identifying speech sounds and learning how they relate to letters and words.
But according to Leno, it doesn’t affect him much, it seems to be because he naturally leans toward accommodations that work for him.
Jay Leno also has Pathologic Mandibular Prognathism, a disfiguring genetic disorder where the lower jaw outgrows the upper, resulting in an extended chin and a crossbite.
