Richard Bernard Moore is a popular American who is currently in South Carolina and is scheduled for execution.

Richard Bernard Moore was 1999, sentenced to death when he murdered a store clerk and has been on death row since then.

While appearing in court on Friday, April 15th, 2022, Richard spoke out and decided on which method he prefers to be executed.

“I believe this election is forcing me to choose between two unconstitutional methods of execution, and I do not intend to waive any challenges to electrocution or firing squad by making an election,” he told the court.

Ideally, Richard Bernard Moore had no choice but to decide which mode he wished to be killed because the South Carolina state has not had the necessary drugs for any lethal injection.
