Charnett Moffett is an American jazz bassist who began playing bass in the family band, touring the Far East in 1975 at the age of eight.
On Monday, April 11, 2022, sad news from his camp was that he has passed away.
Before his sudden demise, he was battling trigeminal neuralgia – a condition characterized by pain coming from the trigeminal nerve, which starts near the top of the ear and splits in three, toward the eye, cheek, and jaw for several years.
He died at Stanford University Hospital due to a heart attack.
He was born on June 10, 1967, in New York in the United States of America.
