American actor and film producer, Will Smith, full name Willard Carroll Smith II a few days back was on the news after he slapped comedian Chris Rock on stage because of a joke he made about his wife Jada Pinkett Smith.

As we speak Will has been banned by the academy for 10 years over his act at the just ended Oscar.

Will Smith is an American actor, rapper, and film producer who was born on September 25, 1968 (age 53 years), in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the United States to his supportive parents –  Willard Carroll Smith, Sr., and Caroline Bright.

Will has three siblings and he appears to be the eldest son and second child of his family. He has two sisters and a brother namely Ellen Smith, Harry Smith, and am Smith.

He is a married man who has been married twice. His first marriage to Sheree Zampino ended three years into their marriage and has a son together namely Trey Smith. His second marriage was with Jada Pinkett Smith and they’ve been married to date. They have two adorable children together – Jaden Smith and Willow Smith.

Will Smith stands at a height of 1.88 m and has an estimated net worth of $350 Million.

Can Will Smith still be nominated for an Oscar after the ban?

Will can be nominated. His ban by the academy is not to attend the Oscars for 10 years hence, he can be nominated and win an award but would not be able to pick up the award in person – or virtually.
