Born in Rockhampton, Queensland on November 5, 1992, Jessica Louise Jonassen is an Australian cricketer. She is a left-arm bowling all-rounder.
The 29-year-old athlete has been part of the national women’s team since 2012 where she went on to win four ICC T20 World Cups and Jonassen became the fourth woman in the league to have taken 100 One Day International wickets for Australia.
She is at the moment captain of both the Queensland Fire in the Women’s National Cricket League (WNCL) and the Brisbane Heat in the Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) at the domestic level.
