Henry Oswald de Villiers, former South African rugby union player is dead at the age of 76. He was affectionately known as HO.

He began his rugby career shortly after joining the University of Cape Town in 1965. He was selected to join Ikeys First team. He went on to make his senior provincial debut for Western Province in 1965.
