Bob Saget official autopsy has been released by his family.
The report states that; Saget had an abrasion on the back of his head and a subdural hematoma, or build up of blood on his brain.
The American actor/comedian Bob Saget died on January 9, 2022 after suffering an accidental blow to the head.

When his death was confirmed earlier, police authorities said there was no trace of what could have possibly killed him.
In the report, the doctor concluded that: “It is most probable that the decedent suffered an unwitnessed fall backwards and struck the posterior aspect of his head. The manner of death is an accident.”
The autopsy report also says he was positive for COVID-19.
The CDC says an individual can continue to test positive for the virus for up to three months after they are infected.
Saget had talked about a previous battle with COVID-19 on a podcast one week before his death.
