The famous Trey Aubrey Lance is an American football quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League.

He won the 2020 NCAA Division I Football Championship Game while playing college football at North Dakota State University, where he won the Walter Payton and Jerry Rice Awards as a freshman.

Lance spent most of his rookie season as a backup after being selected third overall by the 49ers in the 2021 NFL Draft. In 2022, Lance was named the starter, but an injury ended his season.
