Hiplife legend Big Joe Frazier has expressed his disappointment in Amerado for allegedly refusing to collaborate with fellow Hiplife legend Barima Sidney on his new song ‘Bibiaa B3y3 Fine’.

In an interview with Giovani Caleb on 3FM Drive, Barima Sidney revealed that Amerado declined to feature on his latest track, opting instead for a remix of his old songs.

Big Joe Frazier criticized Amerado for disrespecting Barima Sidney, noting that it is a privilege for a legendary artist like Barima Sidney to reach out to a new artist for a collaboration. Frazier emphasized that Barima Sidney has a plethora of hit songs, making it an honor for Amerado to be considered for a verse.

“If truly it was Amerado who did that then it doesn’t augur well because Barima Sidney is a big boy and he has gotten a lot of hit songs which Amerado doesn’t even come close to,” Frazier said in an interview with Amansan Krakye of Property FM. He added that it is a privilege for a new artist to be chosen by a veteran like Barima Sidney, and it should be approached with enthusiasm and respect.

Frazier further argued that declining the collaboration may imply that Amerado views Barima Sidney as irrelevant and is only using him to revive his career, a perception he believes should not be associated with Amerado.

Big Joe Frazier, who is renowned for his hit song “Shii Shii,” emphasized that artists should appreciate the opportunity to work with legends in the industry and approach such collaborations with eagerness and love.
