Ghanaian football fans were left in awe as Hearts of Oak’s talented midfielder, Glid Otanga, finalized his loan move to Qatari side Al Kharaitiyat SC.
The young Congolese player has become a standout player in the Ghana Premier League since joining the Phobians in 2022.
Otanga’s impressive performances, which included helping Hearts of Oak secure the FA Cup, caught the attention of Al Kharaitiyat SC. The newly promoted Qatari club sees Otanga as a valuable addition to their squad for the upcoming 2024/25 football season.
Prior to his time with Hearts of Oak, the 22-year-old midfielder had stints with Akonangui FC in Equatorial Guinea and Coton Sport FC de Garoua in Cameroon. These experiences have undoubtedly prepared Otanga for this new challenge in his football career.
