Andrew Form, born on February 3, 1969, is an American movie producer from Long Island, New York. He has an impressive filmography, working on projects like “A Quiet Place,” “The Purge,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” “A Nightmare on Elm Street,” and more.
In 2018, Andrew, along with Brad Fuller, founded Fully Formed Entertainment. He later left the company in June 2022 to return to work for Platinum Dunes, a production company he co-founded with Fuller and Michael Bay.
