Ghanaian winger Osman Bukari has officially joined the Black Stars’ training sessions as they gear up for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. The talented player recently made a move from Red Star Belgrade to Austin FC in the Major League Soccer and arrived in Accra on Friday to join his teammates in preparation for the upcoming matches.

The Black Stars have been hard at work, training at the University of Ghana Stadium in hopes of returning to their winning ways in Group I of the World Cup qualifiers. Currently sitting in 4th place in the group, Ghana has recorded one win and one loss in their first two matches of the campaign.

After starting off strong with a 1-0 victory over Madagascar in Kumasi, the team faced a setback with a 1-0 loss to Comoros in Moroni. The Black Stars are set to face Mali on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Stade 26 Mars in Bamako, with the match kicking off at 19:00. Following that, they will host the Central African Republic at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Monday, June 10, 2024.

With Osman Bukari now in the mix, the Black Stars are looking to regroup and come back stronger as they continue their quest for World Cup qualification. Stay tuned for more updates on their journey to the prestigious tournament.
