Ghanaian actor and producer, LilWin, has revealed that he has invested almost $100,000 in promoting his latest movie, ‘A Country Called Ghana’.

In a bid to raise awareness for the movie, LilWin purchased a brand-new Mercedes Benz C43 AMG and covered it with flyers advertising the film. The actor disclosed that the total cost of purchasing and branding the Benz amounted to about GH₵500,000.

Additionally, over 3000 T-shirts have been printed for the promotional campaign, with each shirt costing GH₵50. Moreover, more than 60 billboards have been erected in Accra and Kumasi, each costing GH₵6000.

LilWin expressed his commitment to supporting the Ghanaian movie industry and promoting the film for the enjoyment of the local audience. He emphasized that his investment in the promotion of ‘A Country Called Ghana’ is a reflection of his love for the country and the film industry.

The premieres of the movie are scheduled for May 17 at the National Theatre and May 25 in Kumasi, with appearances from notable actors such as Ramsey Nouah, Charles Awurun, and Awilo.
