Ghanaian toddler, Ace Liam, has made history by becoming the youngest male artist to hold a Guinness World Record.

The one-year-old artist broke the record previously held by three-year-old Dante Lamb, marking a significant achievement in the art world.

At just six months old, Liam started demonstrating his artistic talent, which eventually led him to attempt the Guinness World Records in Accra between January 18 and January 20, 2024. The announcement of his historic achievement was made at a press conference on Tuesday, May 14.

Expressing her gratitude, Liam’s mother, Chantelle Eghan, thanked Ghanaians for their support during her son’s record attempt. A statement from the Guinness World Records confirmed Liam’s achievement, stating, “We are thrilled to inform you that your application for Youngest Artist (male) has been successful and you are now the Guinness World Records Title Holder!”

Liam’s success adds to Ghana’s list of Guinness World Record titles, showcasing the country’s diverse talents and accomplishments. Recently, 29-year-old Abubakar Tahiru claimed the title for the most trees hugged in an hour, further highlighting Ghana’s presence in the world of record-breaking achievements.
