Ghanaian-Italian attacking sensation Kelvin Yeboah was in fine form as he scored for Standard Liege in their recent match against OH Leuven in the Belgium Jupiler Pro League.

Despite his efforts, his team suffered a 3-1 defeat at the King Power at Den Dreef Stadion on Sunday.

The 23-year-old striker played the full 90 minutes of the game and put in an outstanding performance, finding the back of the net in the 43rd minute to give his team the lead going into halftime. However, OH Leuven quickly equalized early in the second half through Youssef Maziz.

The home team continued to dominate, scoring two more goals to secure the victory. Nachon Nsingi scored in the 74th minute before Jon Thorsteinsson sealed the win for OH Leuven.

Yeboah, who joined Standard Liege on loan from Genoa in the January transfer window, has been in fine form since his arrival. In 12 games, he has managed to score four goals and provide one assist for his team.

Despite the loss, Yeboah’s performance has been a bright spot for Standard Liege, and fans will be hoping for more goals and victories from the talented attacker in the future.
