In a recent statement, popular actor and farmer John Dumelo highlighted former President John Mahama’s strong commitment to Ghana’s Creative Industry. Speaking on behalf of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dumelo revealed that detailed plans for the sector would soon be unveiled.
“Former President John has the Creative Industry at heart,” Dumelo emphasized, noting the industry’s significant influence during elections due to its powerful bloc. He expressed confidence that the party’s manifesto would outline specific strategies for the Creative Act.
Dumelo also praised the entrepreneurial spirit of Ghanaian youth, acknowledging their desire to own businesses and be their bosses. He emphasized his support for the ambitions of young people in the country.
Moreover, Dumelo disclosed his contribution to education by offering 200 scholarships across his constituency, with an overwhelming 4,000 applications received.
