Dreams FC’s recent victory over Asante Kotoko has provided a major confidence boost for the team as they prepare to face Egyptian side Zamalek SC in the CAF Confederation Cup semifinals. The “Still Believe Boys” managed to secure a 2-0 win against the Porcupine Warriors in their recent Matchday 26 encounter at the Theatre of Dreams.

Head coach Abdul Karim Zito expressed his delight with the result, stating that the win will help the team break a streak of poor performances leading up to their upcoming continental match. Zito emphasized the importance of learning from past mistakes and striving for improvement in each game.

Goals from Sylvester Simba and Derrick Agyei sealed the victory for Dreams FC, giving them a much-needed three points in the Ghana Premier League. The team currently sits in 14th place on the league table with 31 points from 25 games, including one outstanding fixture.

Looking ahead, Karim Zito and his players are gearing up for a challenging first leg match against Zamalek at the Cairo International Stadium. The team will be looking to build on their recent success and continue their impressive run in the CAF Confederation Cup.
