Stonebwoy signs deal with Warner Music’s ADA Worldwide

Stonebwoy, the Afro-dancehall sensation, has just signed a global distribution and label services deal with ADA Worldwide, an independent label and artiste services arm of Warner Music Group.

The talented Ghanaian star has released his latest single, ‘Ekelebe,’ featuring breakout Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck.

This partnership encompasses Stonebwoy’s upcoming sixth studio album, set to be released later this year. Stonebwoy expressed his excitement about the deal, stating, “This deal marks another stride forward in bringing my music to the global stage via ADA’s network.”

Cat Kreidich, President of ADA Worldwide, commended Stonebwoy for his genre-blending style that has resonated with millions of fans worldwide. He mentioned that Stonebwoy’s music spreads positivity, love, and unity, making listeners move and feel.

Casey Kobia, Stonebwoy’s Talent Manager, brokered the global partnership between Warner Music’s ADA Worldwide and Stonebwoy’s label Burniton Music Group. He expressed gratitude for the team at ADA for their support and excitement.

Hailing from Ashaiman, Ghana, Stonebwoy’s music blends afrobeats, reggae, and dancehall influences. His previous albums have made significant achievements, with his hit single “Blessing” reaching over one million views on YouTube within 24 hours of its release.

Stonebwoy has collaborated with renowned artists such as Burna Boy, Stormzy, and Sean Paul. He has also received numerous awards, including Best International Act at the BET Awards and Artist of the Year at the Ghana Music Awards.

As a live performer, Stonebwoy has headlined shows in over 15 countries and co-headlined the Afrochella Festival alongside Burna Boy. He is not only a talented artist but also an entrepreneur, serving as the CEO of Burniton Music Group.

The deal with ADA signifies further growth in the African music space for the label, following partnerships with leading music distribution company Africori and Nigeria’s influential independent record label Chocolate City.
