Drake Maye, the top pick in the NFL draft, has been making waves as a quarterback for the University of North Carolina’s Tar Heels. But behind every successful man is a woman, and in this case, that woman is Ann Michael Hudson.
Who is Ann Michael Hudson?
Ann Michael Hudson is a student at Kenan Flagler Business School, where she is studying business administration with a double minor in entrepreneurship and conflict management. She is set to work at Deloitte Consulting as a summer scholar in 2024. Ann was also the vice president of finance for the Kappa Delta Sorority during her time at school.
Like her athletic boyfriend, Ann has a passion for sports. In March 2022, she worked as an assistant softball coach for Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation. The couple has been together since high school and have continued their relationship while attending the University of North Carolina.
Drake has described Ann as his “better half” on social media, and often shares sweet photos and heartfelt messages about her on his Instagram account. Although Ann’s Instagram is private, Drake’s account is filled with declarations of his love for her.
Ann’s brother, Tad, is a freshman quarterback at the Tar Heels, following in their father’s footsteps who also played college football. Tad, a four-star prospect, was ranked as the nation’s No. 146 player in the ESPN 300 while he was at Hough High School.
