The Ghanaian artist Stephen Fiawoo, better known by his stage name Cartel Big J or “Praye Tietia,” has opened up about the difficult times he and his spouse Selly Galley went through while trying to conceive.
Before giving birth to their current set of twins, Selly Galley had five miscarriages, according to Praye Tietia, a member of the former singing group “Praye.”
This came about as a result of Andy Dosty, a panelist on D-Black’s “Uncut” program, inquiring about his feelings over his wife’s eventual delivery.
Andy Dosty enquired, “How did you feel when you finally found out she was pregnant?”
In response, Praye Tiatia said, “With the twins? since we experienced roughly five miscarriages. At seven months, we lost the last.
The show’s presenter, D Black, responded, saying, “Oh no! She is a powerful lady.
She is a powerful woman, indeed. Among the most amazing women I have ever encountered. It was worth it to celebrate with us. “It was her first time traveling to America and giving birth,” Praye Tietia retorted.
He continued by telling the story of how he and his wife first met.
Praye Tietia claimed that Selly Galley was the lead dancer for the group that appeared in the music video for Praye’s huge hit song, “Angelina,” when he first met her.
He claimed that her charisma and leadership qualities drew him in.
She was 20 or 21 years old when I met her. She was in the video that included the Angelina dance that she and her group had invented at the time. It was while she was attending school. That was the time she and her buddies used to run from school. Her leadership qualities are what drew my attention,” he said.
After eight (8) years of marriage, actress Salley Galley announced in August 2023 that she has given birth to a new set of twins.
