“I was just acting in my video, we need unity in the industry and not lawsuits” – Lilwin begs Martha Ankomah

After criticizing Martha Ankomah for declining Kumawood gigs, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has refuted that he meant it and says he was merely acting.

According to Lilwin, who made this claim in an interview with Hitz FM, the video showing him abusing Martha Ankomah was staged.

According to him, the incident was merely a scene while he was filming a movie on location.

The movie I made is the video. I was performing. I was not upset. As per myjoyonline, he clarified, “I had applied some makeup.”

Instead of people suing one another, Lilwin stated that the industry needs togetherness!

Because of the video in which he viciously attacked her, Martha Ankomah dragged the Kumawood actor/producer to court.

Lilwin dragged Ankomah, accusing her of sleeping around with powerful men to get ambassadorial assignments, after learning that she had rejected many Kumawood roles because their scripts were illogical.

See Lilwin retract his statements below.
