President Nana Addo Akufo-Addo has received gratitude from former health minister Kwaku Agyemang-Manu for giving him the chance to hold the position.
Prior to his removal from office in a reshuffle on February 14, the MP for Dormaa Central claimed to have received initial word from the president.
He claimed that before removing him from his position as health minister, the president gave legitimate explanations.
He claimed that the party in power, the New Patriotic Party (NPP), was attempting to end the eight-year curse with the reorganization.
“This reshuffling will help me do something different in my life. If I tell you the number of times I have seen the sun, you will marvel. This is because I remained dedicated to the job I was given as a minister.
“I am proud of what I have achieved as a minister. I have achieved a lot. I have no regrets. I know what I have achieved,” he stated in an interview.
