DSP Daniel Machator (Rtd), the new Minister-designate, has been welcomed and has the backing of the Paramount Chief of the Kete-Krachi Traditional Area and the President of the Oti Regional House of Chiefs.

President Akufo-Addo should have named the youthful, capable individual as the Regional Minister sooner, according to Nana Mprah Besemuna III.

He pleaded with the Minister to use his knowledge and experience to further the socioeconomic development of the area, which is now experiencing difficulties.

When DSP Machator (Rtd) paid the President of the Oti House of Chiefs a courtesy call at his palace in Kete-Krachi, Krachi West Municipality, to ask for his blessings and counsel, the chief said these things.

As the land’s stewards, Nana Mprah expressed optimism that DSP Machator (Rtd) collaborate closely with chiefs to promote development in the area.

To promote development and investment in the area, DSP Machator (Rtd) praised the chiefs and the populace for maintaining peace and stability. He also expressed his anticipation for successful cooperation in this regard.

The Minister urged the locals and chiefs to contribute to bringing peace to the area regarding conflicts and chieftaincy disputes.

President Akufo-Addo has given him a lot of responsibilities, according to DSP Machator (Rtd), so we must band together and fight for progress.

President Akufo-Addo named Rtd DSP Daniel Machator to succeed Joshua Makubu.

Rtd DSP Machator headed the University of Media, Arts, and Communication’s (UniMAC) public affairs unit before to being appointed Regional Minister.

In addition, he held the position of Deputy Chief Public Relations Officer for the Ghana Prisons Service. He was a skilled correctional management, award-winning columnist, writer, and speaker.
