On Tuesday, February 13, 2024, the highly anticipated John Agyekum Kufuor Cup between Asante Kotoko and Nsoatreman FC, two of the biggest teams in the premier division, is scheduled to be revealed.
The John A. Kufuor (JAK) Foundation is hosting a match to commemorate the former President’s 85th birthday and pay tribute to his tremendous legacy.
Prior to the major event in Kumasi, the ceremony is anticipated to take place at the former president’s home in Peduase.
In an effort to make this year’s competition unforgettable, the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MoYS), the Ghana Football Association (GFA), and other associations have all promised their assistance.
The game would go in the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday, February 18, 2024.
