Ghanaians are being advised not to take Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia’s recent speech about his vision for the country seriously by actor Oboy Siki, who is located in Kumasi.
He believes that Dr. Bawumia is untrustworthy, and that no one should take his recent declarations of intent or his vision for Ghana seriously when they cast their presidential ballots.
The comedic actor claimed that the Vice President had deceived “his father” (President Akufo-Addo) by pledging to remove certain levies that had been imposed by the government of which he (Bawumia) is a member in a radio interview on Angel FM.
Dr. Bawumia presented his platform as a prospective presidential candidate in a public lecture on Wednesday, February 6, 2024, at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).
He announced during the talk a number of the projects he plans to take on if elected president on December 7, 2024, general elections.
