Mawulorm Kwame Klutse, a 35-year-old construction engineer, has announced his plan to run as an independent for the Ho Central parliamentary seat.
In a Sunday interview in Ho, he stated that the constituency’s residents were fed up with political party affiliations since none of them had ever assisted them in realizing their long-term goals for development.
He claimed that party heavyweights had been robbing the Ho Central constituency of its just share of development projects for far too long, taking advantage of the initiatives and enriching themselves with the money raised, all the while showing no real care for the welfare of the populace.
Using the area’s abundant fertile land and youthful population, Mr. Klutse stated that he will prioritize raising agriculture to new heights with dedication, fervor, and resources.
The Ho Technical University alumnus stated that maintaining sanitation was a top priority for him and that he would make every effort to keep the Ho Central Constituency’s position as a “Oxygen City” unchanged.
Mr. Klutse mentioned that the communities would regularly hold cleanup events in this regard.
He insisted that his prospects of being elected to the parliamentary seat were growing every day and that he was the best candidate for the position.
