Nana Yaa Brefo, a former Angel FM/TV broadcaster, has left the Angel Group of Companies to work at Media General.
Recently, there has been a poaching spree across Ghana’s media landscape by Media General, the operators of TV3 Ghana, Onua TV/Fm, 3news.com, and more.
Not only did Nana Ama McBrown leave Despite Media, but they also managed to snag other well-known players like AJ Sarpong, Cookie Tee, and Naa Ashorkor. They have made major strides in the talent acquisition landscape.
More recently, Nana Yaa Brefo—who formally left Angel Fm in December—has joined their growing family. Her professional journey has taken a new turn as of late, as she signed a new contract with Media General this month.
On Thursday, February 1, 2024, TV3 posted an announcement about this calculated action on their Instagram page. The network gains more credibility as a gathering place for powerful and varied voices in the media with every star that joins its ranks.
